The printed maps are now outdated, but in the 17th century, the maps were highly valued. The National Library of Scotland recently received such a wonderful gift from a commoner. It has been hidden in their home for several centuries. Even though it is in a dilapidated condition, it is being reformed in the face of the care provided by experts Modified.
About 1600 years ago, these maps were patrolled by the wealthy, and Aberdeen's house was kept on a chimney-bound map, 7 feet long and 5 feet wide. The world only has only 3 copies.
